In Shenzhen, where available land is under constant pressure, CAPOL turns the conventional school campus upward. The Shenzhen Foreign Language School Bao’an Campus combines two originally planned plots into a single vertical complex, organising classrooms, shared spaces and circulation across a tightly connected sequence of levels.

At Norway’s southernmost coastline, a concrete structure disappears gradually beneath the water. Designed by Snøhetta, Under was conceived as a restaurant, but its position within the marine landscape gives the project another purpose: observing a part of the ecosystem that usually remains out of sight.

At O Days Festival 2026 in Copenhagen, sound takes a strangely quiet form. Speaker, a new installation by Copenhagen-based studio Frederik Gustav, borrows the unmistakable geometry of a loudspeaker and removes everything that makes it function as one. No sound comes out of it. Instead, the piece catches light, bodies and fragments of the surrounding festival, turning a familiar piece of audio hardware into a large-scale visual surface.
